Parking can be found on the street as long as there is no sign permitting otherwise.

30 minute Consultations are offered where you are able to come in and have a chat so we can work towards your hair goals.

Consultations are very important because here, we get a chance to officially meet and have a real face to face conversation where I am able to answer all your questions!

We discuss your hair goal, colour, length. We talk about your lifestyle and at home maintenance. Once this is covered, you will be quoted the final amount.

If you decide to move forward with the service, a 50% deposit is required as well as a contractual agreement signed by both parties. The final amount will be paid on the day of your service.

With proper care at home and keeping up with in salon maintenance, you can reduce the amount of damage you may experience. Your service provider will discuss at home maintenance in your consultation.

Hair extensions are considered a luxury service although they do not always have to be. Your initial service is a 2.5 hour service that involves detailed steps in order to create your desired look. The first payment will always cost the most because you are purchasing hair, customizing the colour in some cases, installing, blending and styling.

The lifespan of the weft extensions can be anywhere between 6 - 12 months and sometimes longer with proper care in salon and at home.

In order to move forward with the hair extension process, an in person consolation is required. After the consultation, a consent form will need to be signed followed by a deposit in order to book your service and order the hair?

Please be advised that although a date has been agreed on your service will not be booked without the deposit and consent form.

Yes! Your hair extensions are 100% human hair which means you are free to use heat tools up to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
